Masa&Boz was hired to work with the founders of Aura to realize their vision - to disrupt the $150 million digital photo frame industry by applying Machine Vision to an antiquated category.
We collaborated with their technologists, designers, sales and marketing teams to focus their target user, rename their category (Smart Home Decor), and develop an efficient digital marketing strategy. Through a series of workshops, we helped focus, motivate and enable their team to act in unison. Our strategy reminded their audiences to ‘Remember What’s Important.’
